Kelly's Favorite Nail Shades for Summer

Nail polish has become the "it" accessory with new formulas, finishes and colors being added to the market every day.
Some of my favorite colors for summer are bold, bright colors such as coral, sunny yellow, turquoise and metallic shades.

One of my all time favorite shades for summer is called the "it" factor by OPI.  The "it" factor is an opaque, sunny yellow from the Modern Brights Collection that was launched several years ago.

This collection is my all-time favorite collection launched by OPI because the colors are the most true to the retro colors from the 1960's era than any other shades on the market.

My second favorite shade for summer is coral with Jinx, from OPI's Bond Girl Collection being my current favorite coral nail color.  Jinx is a beautiful coral shade with a hint of gold shimmer in a sand textured polish.  Two advantages to this new sand textured polish from OPI is that chips can be mended easily and super fast dry time.

Here is a photo of Jinx on my nails:

Metallic shades are on trend in all beauty and fashion categories this year.  One of the coolest metallic shades I have seen thus far is from OPI's Spider Man Collection and is called, Just Spotted the Lizard.  Many beauty insiders consider this shade to be a dupe for Chanel Peridot.  See photo below:
