Colletta Restaurant, Avalon’s most unique dining experience

Last week my husband and I dined at Colletta, the newest addition to Indigo Road’scollection of fine restaurants. Colletta, which means “collection” in Italian, stands true to translation offering a vast array of Northern Italian cuisine with a modern twist reflective of Chef Michael Perez’s trip to Florence, Italy. Much like a true Italian home, the atmosphere is warm and inviting with the focal point of the restaurant space being the kitchen and its wood burning stove. Guests can observe the flurry of activity in the kitchen and pasta station while perched at the chef’s counter or choose a more intimate dining experience in the main dining area or the outdoor patio that overlooks Avalon.
